Saskatchewan in motion — Daily Physical Activity
Move every day, at school, at home and in the community.
Children and youth need at least 60 minutes of physical activity each day. Daily physical activity helps them get there, one active moment at a time.
Why daily physical activity?
Only about 15% of children and youth in Saskatchewan are active enough. Regular movement supports physical health, improves mood and helps students focus once they are back in their seats.
Daily physical activity is a shared responsibility of schools, families and communities.
30 at school

30 at home
