Making physical activity the easy choice at home
Ideas, challenges and everyday inspiration for parents who want to help the kids in their life move more.
Congratulations, Elbow!
Winner of the Community Pledge Challenge! Elbow will put the $10,000 prize toward safe and modern playground equipment in their local park.
Thanks to every Community Pledge participant
23 communities registered and more than 3,200 individuals and families made online pledges to take action and increase the physical activity of children and youth. The challenge is over, but we hope you’ll still pledge to do just one thing to make physical activity the easy choice for the kids in your life.

Feature story
Dear in motion
“Until we did this challenge I didn’t realize how much we watched TV. The routine was to get up in the morning at 7 AM and turn it on. I am currently on a maternity leave and had a really bad habit of just turning it on and leaving it on all day.”
